Challenge: The challenge was to create a social-first experience that showcased Sam’s diverse holiday assortment. From décor and toys to fashion, jewelry, and food in a way that felt organic, festive, and worth sharing that authentically connected with digital audiences who discover products through creators and not commercials.

Idea: The Sam’s Club Holiday House. A fully decked-out home turned into a live content playground. We invited lifestyle influencers and creators to move in for three days, explore every room, and produce their own content using Sam’s Club products. The concept blended influencer authenticity with brand storytelling, allowing each creator’s personality to shine through while naturally highlighting Sam’s offering.

Execution:
• Styled a holiday-ready home with Sam’s Club products to serve as a live content studio.
• Hosted 3 days of influencer-led creation, generating content across TikTok & Instagram.
• Directed on-site art direction & visual consistency, balancing brand with creator authenticity.
• Mobile-first capture & natural lighting to ensure content felt spontaneous, shareable, and native to social.

• Partnered with PR and influencer teams to amplify reach and drive organic engagement beyond the event.

Results:
• 12M unique accounts reached
• 250K+ total engagements at a 7.5% engagement rate
• 30+ creators producing 100+ content pieces over three days
• 15% lift in positive brand sentiment around Sam’s Club as a style-driven holiday destination
