Problem
Low conversion driven by unclear product differentiation on Amazon, where premium value was getting lost in a crowded marketplace.

Idea
Reframe the brand as accessible luxury for the everyday consumer—meeting shoppers where they already are on Amazon, while preserving the premium design, craftsmanship, and performance story typically experienced in-store and on DTC.

Execution
Translated the in-store and DTC luxury experience into the Amazon ecosystem through:
• Elevated visual systems and photography direction
• Clear content hierarchy to spotlight performance benefits
• Short-form and modular video assets optimized for Amazon UX
• Streamlined page flow that balanced discovery with conversion
