Business Objective: As a global network spanning 145 markets and 70,000+ employees, dentsu needed to transparently report DEI progress, align leadership messaging, strengthen internal trust and engagement, demonstrate meaningful accountability, and position itself as an employer of choice in a competitive talent market.

Translate complex global data, policy frameworks, and executive commitments into a cohesive narrative that could engage employees, attract talent, and reinforce enterprise credibility.
