Challenge: Subway was introducing a new product line—Dipper Sandwiches with 12 bold dipping sauces—and needed a way to spark excitement and trial. The challenge: bring flavor variety to life in a way that felt fun, shareable, and summer-ready.
Idea: Create a pop-up picnic oasis in the heart of Chicago that turned product sampling into a playful, immersive experience—showcasing sauces as the star of summer snacking.
Execution: Transformed a high-traffic courtyard into a vibrant, picnic-inspired space.
Designed interactive touchpoints, including:
• Hydro-dipping station for customizable swag.
• Photo-worthy set pieces to drive organic sharing.
• Flavor exploration stations where guests sampled sandwiches and their perfect sauce
Results:
• Over 5,000 Dippers, 12 bold sauces, and one epic city picnic.
• Attracted 5,000+ visitors in just one weekend.
• Generated buzz and social content through interactive moments.
